Future Pathway’s project

The Future Pathways project by Wenaf is designed to empower students at the Junior High, Senior High, and University levels by helping them discover their unique personalities and align them with suitable career aspirations. Through structured career counselling sessions, personality assessments, and mentorship programs, the initiative provides students with insights into their strengths, interests, and potential career paths.

By bridging the gap between self-awareness and career decision-making, Future Pathways project aims to equip students with the knowledge and confidence needed to make informed choices about their future. The project fosters early career exploration, encourages personal growth, and ensures that students are guided towards fulfilling and purpose-driven careers that match their natural abilities and aspirations.
